2.5km Rehabilitate existing 6-lance divided Highway with full access control for the freeway including:
– Reconstruction of Apenkwa Interchange;
– Rehabilitation of Achimota Interchange;
– Construction of Neoplan Interchange; and
– Construction of 3 No. Footbridges.
